My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fred is a sweet, very smart 7 year old red smooth miniature dachshund, he weighs 10.8 pounds. Fred is house trained, crate trained, loves going for car rides, leashed walks, playing fetch and of course being carried around if he is so indulged. Fred has shown us that he is very devoted to those that treat him nicely and are attentive to him. He would do best as the only dog in a home with previous dachshund experience. Ideally his COLORADO home will have a yard and a guardian that is not gone all day or maybe he will be able to go to doggy daycare a few days a week. Fred's endless devotion and the great feeling that comes with adopting a rescued dog are priceless.
