Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Newton and I am the sweetest boy on the planet. I am just 3 years old and I found myself in a shelter because my family did not want to deal with my skin infection. Turns out it was just a bacterial infection and I needed inexpensive medication. I feel and look a lot better. I am what you would call a Lab/ Golden mix although a lot of people get me confused with a white Lab. I love human attention and I love - LOVE to play with my foster sibling who is also a Lab. I am house trained, have really good manners too. See, quite the catch. I am happy that my family turned me into that shelter because I get the feeling my life is changing for the better. Love, Newton
If interested adopting in Newton, visit our website at http://www.adoptagoldenknoxville.org/new_england.html. If all that looks good, please move forward and fill out an application.
NOTE: Adopt A Golden Knoxville rescue doesn't have an actual shelter building in your area. These dogs are fostered in private homes in East Tennessee. Therefore, it is not possible to meet the dogs and pups prior to their adoption. They are brought up north on a USDA transport
