My name is Roscoe and I will tell you right up front that I am a little hard to get to know. When I came to my Foster Mom she could not even touch me and it took a lot of patience to win my trust. I lived in a basement without much human interaction until RCAR was able to save me. Now, I like to play, be petted and held by mom. Do you have enough love and patience to help me out and give me a forever home. You would not regret it if you did, my Foster Mom cannot believe how sweet and playful I am now. I even redecorated my bed to suit myself. You should see the improvements that I made. I would love a forever friend.
