My story

This cutie-pie is Sable! She’s a little Energizer Bunny and can “go go go,” and she can’t wait to meet her forever home.

Sable is eager to please and will do anything for a treat or special toy. She loves being the center of attention and will show off all her moves to be the star of the show.

Sable is currently working on her dog-to-dog interaction as she is very reactive while on leash. She will be going to school in June to work on her dog skills, and she is also working on her basic obedience and excelling. Sable would thrive in a home where her forever family is confident in keeping up with her training.

Sable is very people friendly and would do great in a home with dog-savvy kids or older children to help her remind her to keep all four paws on the floor. She would also do best in an animal-free home while she works on her dog-on-dog manners.
Sable loves to run, run, run and do everything at a high speed. She could very well chase a ball for hours at a time. Any kind of toy is a great toy according to Sable and she will play with one with or without you. She also loves to receive belly rubs and will happily flop over to have her tummy scratched.

Sable is fully house and crate-trained and walks well on a leash with a halti. She will be ready for adoption upon completion of her reactive dog class in June, so if you want to make Sable a part of your home, contact Sit Pretty Pit today!
