Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*****Courtesy Post**** Contact Lisa McGrath at LMcGrat@citgo.com for an adoption application!
Trisha needs a very special home! She weighs 9 lbs. and she is a little doll - just look at her pics! She was found as a stray and her owner was never found.
She obviously was someones baby girl in her past life and was used to being toted everywhere. She loves to ride in the car and she hates to be left behind if her foster mom goes anywhere. It is obvious that someone really loved her and spent every minute of every day with her. She follows her foster mom from room to room, even short trips to the icebox, etc. She won't go anywhere alone - for the longest time she had to walk her to the water bowl because she wasn't sure if she was drinking any water. She will be your shadow! If you sit down she will sit down. If you lay down she lays down with you. She cries if she is kenneled and can't see you - literrally SEE you - we think it is due to her not being able to hear or see well. Even if she doesn't have much hearing, she seems to know when someone comes to the door - maybe due to a high pitch only a dog can hear or is it a vibration she feels?
With all her problems, the vet thinks she is between 5 and 7 years old, which is still fairly young to have all the problems this little girl has. Maybe she was born with these problems, but we will never know for sure! She has been spayed and the vet removed the two biggest mammary tumors she had. She still has some small ones but they don't seem to bother her.
She has cataracts in both eyes and is probably blind in the left one but can still see in the right one. Because of this, she has problems with her depth perception and has night blindness, but she gets around great. Her only real problems are that she wants help getting up and down (on and off the furniture, steps, stairs, etc.) because she's not sure of the height and she needs at least some light to get around - she won't go into a totally dark room and she won't potty outside at night if it's really dark.
I know that there is a special person out there for her! She is so deserving of being pampered by someone very special. Is that person you?
She is fostered by Terri in NE Houston area and for any additional questions, please contact Terri at: everyonesxwife@yahoo.com
