Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We pulled June from the city shelter long ago. June was in rough shape when we got her. She had been chained up and the heat of the chain had seared her back. She had a huge wound. Her ears had obviously been cropped in a painful way. She also had distemper. June is a survivor. In spite of the cruelty she experienced, she remained kind, hopeful, and curious about life. June loves to rip up toys and hunt for mice. She has been with us for years, is aging noticeably, and needs a soft place to rest in her final days.
