My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Slim: I am a 1 year old Chihuahua. I am one sweet boy! I was rescued for an overcrowded shelter in New Mexico. It was a scary journey, but I am doing great in my foster home. I am such a good boy, snuggler, lover. I love to be with my human, and bond very easily to that human. I am crate trained, house trained, and doggy door trained. I am good with other small or larger dogs and cats. Would also do well by myself, but loves to play with other dogs and would love a buddy.
I am neutered, current on all my shots, heartworm negative and microchipped.
A visitation at the foster home needs to be arranged to come and visit. Fill out a pre-adoption application found on our website at www.pureheartsrescue.org , click on applications. Next email it to: rescue@pureheartsrescue.org for approval or call 970-590-3708 for more information. After approval a visitation will be scheduled. After rescue approval, and you love me and I love you, an adoption contract is filled out and signed. I have a $250.00 adoption fee.
