PENNY (F, Jack Russel Mix, 1 yr, 20 lb) Penny was surrendered to an RCAPS volunteer because her owner wanted her to stay in his yard but she wanted to visit the neighbors. There was no fence for her to stay in and she is social and full of energy wanting to give and receive all the love you will give her. She is a sweet girl that needs a home where she can be loved furever. Please help Penny.
