My story

This handsome Tri-color Queensland Heeler/Border-Collie mix named ‘Cowboy’ will thrive if he has a doggie playmate his size and a job to do. Cowboy is super smart and would love to be challenged with obedience training activities, agility or any other games/activities you can offer him. He’s very eager to please and learns very quickly.

This sweetie is approximately three years old, neutered, 45 lbs., crate-trained, fully vetted and has all his current vaccinations (bordatella, rabies, and distemper-parvo). Cowboy is also micro-chipped.

Cowboy is a sharp-looking dog in excellent physical condition that was rescued from a high-kill shelter. Not only is he eager to learn but he is happy to play, and needs no excuse to show "LOVE," and affection.

Cowboy would be a great addition to a home that has a yard with room to run and fetch a ball. He’d be great as your running, hiking or biking buddy. He’s big enough to carry a pack with his water and yours! Cowboy is an excellent companion for an active family with older children and with or without other dogs No kitties, please as they are too tempting for him to chase.
