**** She needs a patient adopter - She is part of a bonded pair with Duchess, both need to be adopted together ***

This gentle soul was born approx May 2013. She was among many dogs that were wild and living on their own. A family started to feed them and things grew out of control, puppies and more puppies. We rescued 15 from this situation. She needs more socialization but is learning people are not going to hurt her. She comes up to you when called and even gets this cute smile with a tail wag when you pet her. Once she gets used to you she shows a personality that is the cutest thing you will ever see! She walks great on leash. She is super sweet, plays well with other dogs and has amazing colored eyes. She is a little nervous of new dogs but quickly adapts and plays great. She needs a patient adopter who is willing to allow her to adjust to her new home environment. She also needs strong fencing as she is quite the escape artist. She is small for the breed, weighing only 44 lbs. The perfect size!

Stop by and meet our pets on SATURDAYS or if you are not able, email to arrange a convenient time to meet the pet. Adoption events are Saturday from 11 am to 3pm at R & R Pet Lifestyle and Supply at 2780 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley (SE corner of Tapo Canyon and Alamo), except holiday weekends. Please email (staff@arvsimi.org) ahead to make sure a particular pet will be at adoptions.
