My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocco is a wonderful brown puppy! He is about 3 months old and the shelter said he was a Shepherd Dachshund mix.....which really is weird....so we said retriever because he LOVES to retrieve the ball!!

Rocco is 12 lbs now and he is going to be about 60-65 lbs when he is fully grown. He is cuddly, sweet and about in the middle in terms of energy level. Just right. He's good with other puppies and he is appropriately confident. We suggest puppy classes for him so that he becomes a good K9 citizen. Like all puppies he is clay just waiting to be molded....with training, exercise and love (in that order). If you like to camp, run, go to the beach or daily trips to the dog park, then he's your boy.

There is a fee for adoption as we are a 501 c3 non profit. He has been neutered and is up to date on all shots.
