Hiya! I'm Roxie!

I am a gorgeous Vizla mixed with a little pit. Everyone comments about my beautiful green eyes, and tells me I am full of life and energy!

To tell you the truth, I love to be with people and I am very eager to please. I used to be a bit unruly, and recently I have been working on my doggie manners, both inside and outside of the home with a trainer, and I have made great progress. In fact, my trainer loves me so much, she will do a session with the adopter for the transition and to reinforce my training.

Right now, I am in a home with other dogs and I am doing fine. I am VERY playful, so my foster Mom feels if I am with one dog who matches my play style, that would be ideal. Also I don't realize how strong I am, so older kids or adult only home would be best. I am okay with cats, though I like to play with them, too!

I am very athletic and would thrive in a home that gives me plenty of sufficient daily exercise. Walks, hikes, runs, and a big fenced yard would be ideal for me, since I LOVE to play fetch! I am housetrained and crate trained.

I am about 1 and 1/2 yrs old and about 45 Lbs, UTD on shots and is spayed.
