Penelope was living outside by herself this past winter in the terrible cold. She found an outside dog to share a house and food with. Penelope is a sweet, sweet, quiet kitty. She is gentle and loving and likes to look out the window during the day with her kitty friends in our cat room. She really would love to be in a real home soon with her own people to love
