BELLA is a 2 year-old salt and pepper Schnauzer. She weighs 19 pounds.
She was surrendered by her original owners because they said she was tearing things up. But there was a simple reason why – her Yorkie sibling (that she was raised with) had recently passed away and she was in mourning and confused because she had never been left alone before. Instead of taking time with her and trying to solve her issues they got rid of her.
She is now in a foster home (in Indianapolis, IN) with plenty of canine companionship and human attention and has yet to tear anything up! She is potty trained and walks well on a leash.
Bella is good with other dogs, but she is a cat chaser – so she should probably live in a cat-free home. She should be in a home where someone is home during the day – or with another dog to keep her company.
Bella is a very affectionate little girl and loves to lie in your lap and nap. She is ok with older kids (8 or older). She is well-behaved and listens well.
Bella so deserves a forever home where she can thrive as the puppy she is now, and grow into the family member she wants to be. If you are looking for a loyal furry friend submit an adoption application with Bella’s name on it and someone from SRC will contact you.
Bella is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and is HW negative and on preventative. Her adoption fee is $275. Bella is fostered by Nina.
