Halo just loves attention. She really seems like she was someone's pet at some point in her life and is a little unsure about being in a shelter. Her curly little tail will wag when she sees you coming and will wash your face if you will allow her. The one thing she really loves to do is to curl up in your lap. We think this is the place that she feels most secure.
