Buffy is a senior lady who is looking for a forever “retirement” home. She would do best as an only dog or with a very laid back doggy companion. She loves to be around people and cuddling is one of her favorite passtimes. She is good with older children who are not rough with her.

Buffy does not seem to like dogs that are bigger than her. This is most likely due to the fact that they frighten her. She is fine with dogs her size or smaller.

Buffy is leash trained and crate trained (although she likes to receive a treat to encourage her to go into the crate).

Buffy knows basic commands (sit, shake, go into the crate). She is not much for the outdoors. She likes to go out to do her business but then wants to come right back in. The only thing that encourages her to stay outside is a hose. She LOVES playing in a hose.

Buffy is an older girl but she still has lots of life in her. She would make a wonderful companion especially to a retired, laid back human.
