My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy is a "gentleman" of a dog. He's a very handsome Lab/Chow mix; weighing about 50 lbs. and 5-6 years old. He does not stray far from your side - always wanting to be close. Even at the dog park he would rather sit beside his foster on the bench or in front of her on the grass than run around with the other dogs. Buddy was abandoned when someone moved away from midtown Memphis, leaving him with heartworms! His foster kept him for a year in order to cure him in the best way possible; slowly. He's very well trained... Goes to the door when he needs to go out; runs out and comes right back. He's neutered and has all his shots. Buddy is a wonderful companion, preferring people to dogs. Cats he just ignores. He is no trouble at all, knows commands, rides well in the car... if that's where you are he wants to be there.
