Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This beautiful little lady is nicknamed Dora because she is so ADORABLE! And she is a real sweetheart too, who is a real lap dog. She loves to play with all the dogs in her foster home, and loves to be petted and loved on. She also likes to play with her humans in the back yard chasing all her toys. She loves to chase the tennis ball, but she hasn't quite figured out how to bring the ball back to you yet. She also enjoys going for walks, and is learning all the basic commands. Adora has the softest fur, it is like blonde cashmere. You just can't stop stroking her beautiful soft fur, and she loves it too. Adora was abandoned (with her sister) on a country road, and was lucky enough to find her way to one of our volunteers homes who took her in temporarily until we could get her into a foster home. Adora is a real lovey dovey, so don't miss out on this sweet girl. We aren't certain of her breed. She looks like a Hound of some sort, but she also has webbed feet. Our best educated guess is a mix of Golden Retriever and/or Lab, and probably some type of Sight Hound. Judging by her growth rate we do not expect her to be a really big adult, possibly maxing out at 30-35 pounds. Of course we can't make any guarantees since we have no idea who her parents are. Adora is in perfect health, has been started on monthly heart worm & flea/tick medication, is up to date on her puppy shots, and will be spayed when age & weight appropriate. Adora will need a fenced yard to play in. The adoption donation for Adora is $170.00 which includes the spay, all puppy shots & microchip.
