Parker #1186 is a 2-year-old male, Chihuahua mix. This poor little cutie is quite the shy guy! He was saved from a life of neglect in a hoarding situation. This skin and bones pup had never been loved or shown any affection and now that he has had a taste of it in his foster home he is starting to come out of his shell! Parker is a very quiet pup and likes to observe his surroundings from the vantage point of a sofa or comfy chair and a blanket. He is mostly house trained and walks well on leash, when he is comfortable. While Parker never learned to play, he is getting the hang of it. His foster parents report that he has started wagging his tail; this little guy has come such a long way in a few month. He is even starting to gain some weight! He is looking for a home with adopters who have a lot of love to give and who will make him feel safe and secure. He is fine with cats and dogs if the dogs don't invade his personal space too much.
