Chang is a sweet lady whose owner dumped her at high kill Riverside County Shelter after 7 loyal years given by this beautiful lady feline. Chang is the name she has had for the previous 7 years. Change is so cute, she's vocal, and will meow, meow, meow at you when you call her name or when she wants to converse with you. Chang is a docile lady and waiting for her Forever Home where shelter dumps will be non existent. Tax deductible adoption fee of $150.
