My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Saul, the sweetest and most gentle Doxie boy. At five-years-old, he should have many, many happy years ahead of him and he asks for very little in return for his undying devotion to his family. A couple of those things is a healthy diet and some healthy exercise, neither of which he received in his former home.

See, right now, Sauly is a sausage and should be more like a hotdog. He needs to shed those extra pounds, and with spring just around the corner, this is the perfect time of year for some nice walks or visits to the doggie park.

Saul is a true family pooch. He gets along wonderfully with everyone and absolutely adores the children he shares his foster home with.

Saul is a simple and chill dog who likes a cozy place to sleep such as the couch, the bathroom rug or the cool kitchen floor. He goes potty during his short walks outside and also on wee wee pads.

*Saul cannot live in a home with lots of stairs. An elevator building or a house with no stairs would be the best home for Sauly.*

Saul is healthy, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his vaccinations. He is doing wonderfully with his housetraining, going on pads as well as outside. He is currently being fostered in Brooklyn and is very excited to start the rest of his life with his family.
