My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky is a sweet, silly, beautiful Lab mix. She's a very funny girl who is eager to please her people. Lucky loves to go for walks, run around the yard with her buddy Sadie and she is a great running partner (2-3 miles seems to be her distance). Lucky knows many basic commands such as; sit, down and shake hands. This sweetheart always has a smile on her face. Lucky showed up in our neighborhood about 3 months ago. We tried to find her family to no avail. We cannot believe that no one was looking for this precious dog?! We are not sure how long Lucky was on her own. We do know this poor kid was hit by one of the huge gravel trucks that barrel up and down the road. When we found her she was injured and terrified. Amazingly her x-rays were clean, NO broken bones(hence the name Lucky) just soft tissue damage. We had her microchipped and vaccinated while she was at the vet. Lucky tends to be a little shy when meeting new people but once she trusts you you're her new best friend forever!! We want to find this special girl a forever home where she will be a cherished member of the family.
