I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My friends with Hanover Humane will be placing me in a home in the Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area (counties bordering on Hanover Humane's facility in Ashland, Virginia).
I may be Tiny in name and stature, but they say I make quite an impression when it comes to my charm and personality. My estimated date of birth is April 2008.While I am playful, affectionate, and lots of fun, my original owners mostly let me do whatever I wanted, so I can be a bit of a handful if you try to make me do something I don't want to do. My friends at Hanover Humane have been working with me, and I'm much better behaved than I used to be, but I will need to be adopted by an owner who will provide me with "continuing education." I seem to get along with some dogs my size or smaller, but I do not like dogs that are bigger than me and I'll try to bite them. Because of my behavior issues, I am not a good match for a first time owner and I will not be adopted to a family with small children. My ideal placement would be in a home with no small children, cats or dogs, in the Richmond metro area, and an owner with experience in dealing with strong-willed dogs. The fee to adopt me is $150, I come neutered, up to date on all of my vaccinations (DHLPP, Bordetella and Rabies), on heartworm preventative, microchipped, and with a month of free pet health insurance. I would love to have a home in the Richmond Metro area or surrounding areas. Drive up to the HHS kennels in Ashland between 9 AM and 12 Noon on Saturdays, or call for an appointment to meet me during the week. They're located just north of the Carter lumber store on Route 1. The exact address is 12190 Washington Highway. I hope to see you soon!
Currently I am undergoing allergy shots for severe skin allergies.
