Meet Toto..He is 10 years young. He is a beautiful sweet Pom boy. He weighs about 13 pounds. His owner could no longer care for him... He is a little shy at first, but that only lasts a few minutes. He doesn't understand why he can't live with the people that raised him all these years...He is adjusting well to his new foster home and his foster mom says he is a very sweet loving boy.
