Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PENDING: Is your moto "I can sleep when I'm dead."? Mine too! I'm Frannie (Francesca when I'm in trouble, but that's a girrrrrls name…) and I love to run and jump and play. Anything a boy can do I can do better! I'm around 4 years old, but age is just a number. I strive to improve myself constantly. I love to learn and believe in keeping myself in tip top shape, which includes regular exercise. Daily walks for at least an hour are an absolutely must or I get very frustrated. If you've always wanted a pint sized running partner, even better! To keep my brain exercised, I'm learning obedience skills. Well, learning my obedience skills really only took me about a second so now I just practice them - my foster mom needs to step up her game to keep up with this girl. Trying to stay a step ahead, she's starting me on agility. I guess by next week, I'll be taking home a championship. Yawn.
In all seriousness, I'm pretty awesome. I would love to find an active forever home to call my very own. I bond deeply and am very loyal. I love as passionately as I do everything else in life. I'm one amazing little girl and anyone would be lucky have me in his or her life. If I sound like the one you've been waiting for, contact Power of Chi today and let's meet!
UPDATE: I got a DNA test with some interesting results. I'm one half Rat Terrier and the other half is predominately Redbone Coonhound mixed with Chi. Pretty cool, huh?
Frannie is id #14031001 at Power of Chi. Power of Chi adoption fees are $200 for adults and $250 for puppies under 6 months. All Chi's are listed as spayed/neutered, even if they currently are not, since they will be fixed before the adoption is finalized. To adopt a Chi, you must provide one of the following: 1) proof of home ownership (e.g. property tax bill in your name, deed showing title in your name, or mortgage statement in your name); or 2) a rental contract that states dogs are allowed. In addition, all household members (including children) must visit with the Chi you wish to adopt.
