Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Red, I am a 5 yr plus neutered male.
I am very well mannered and know how to sit on command and sometimes I like to shake hands.
I like to come inside sometimes and I have not had any accidents inside at all. I go outside when told.
I get along with everyone and I am just a very laid back kind of guy.
I have only barked a few times and that was when I saw someone around the fence that did not belong there.
I have jumped the short fence a couple of times but when my foster mom asked me what I was doing, I jumped back over and when she said now you will have to go to the kennel, I was so ashamed of myself, I crawled all the way to kennel on my belly...but my foster mom said to me, Red you are not in trouble I still felt ashamed and hung my head...well of course she had to pet me and love me and even gave me a snack to prove she was not mad at me, I eventually got over being so ashamed and she let me out of kennel and I didn't jump it again.
My foster mom said I could stay here forever if I do not get adopted because she has fallen in love with my personality...think I have proved I am good boy or what?
She thinks I would be a great asset to a country home setting because I am so laid back. We live in the city now, so I would also be a good city dog with a large yard to live in.
She says you can call her with any questions you might have about me.@ Linda Pool9001@aol.com or call her at 903-427-1263 or 903-219-2940 on her cell.
