~ ADOPTION PENDING ~
You may meet and apply to adopt Malcolm at our ADOPTION EVENT on SATURDAY, MARCH 29th from 12 Noon - 3:00 at PETCO in IRVINE. adoptpetmatch@gmail.com
Malcolm is a male Coton du Tulear mix only 10 to 12 months of age. He is a nice size, currently weighing 12 pounds. Malcolm has been professionally groomed and has a snowy white, super soft, non-shedding coat. His tail has been docked extremely short (nearly all the way gone) for some reason. Malcolm is a very quiet, mellow, sweet and gentle dog. He is hesitant and shy at first, most likely having been abused already in his young life. Once he knows you mean him no harm, Malcolm will wiggle up close to be with you in the most endearing and adorable way. His big brown eyes are very kind, soulful and expressive. Malcolm grabs your heart immediately and you just want to take care of him and make him happy. He is grateful for any small show of affection and loves to be petted. He will snuggle for hours while you stroke his head. Malcolm is excellent with other dogs, great inside the home, and a joy to have around. He is very easy to care for and will blossom with pampering and love. Malcolm is learning how to walk on leash and currently moves very slowly and cautiously on walks. As he gets more trusting and brave, his puppyish nature should come out a bit and we will most likely see him start to play. Malcolm was brought in stray to a very high volume/high kill shelter absolutely terrified. He did not move in his kennel, simply frozen with fear. The shelter workers asked us to take him since he was obviously not doing well in that rough environment. He has already come out of his shell so much and we expect him to be a lovely, sweet, and heart warming companion. Malcolm is healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Malcolm’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Malcolm is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Nancy and is ready for his forever home.
You may meet and apply to adopt Malcolm at our ADOPTION EVENT on SATURDAY, MARCH 29th from 12 Noon - 3:00 at PETCO in IRVINE located at 15333 Culver Dr., Irvine, CA 92604. adoptpetmatch@gmail.com
