Raven's story:
I am a female Pit Bull mix who is almost four years old. My previous family had to move and could not take me along. They told the staff that I get along with children but I have never met any other pets. Currently, this kennel environment is making me anxious but I hope that, in time, you will find that I am a great dog who just needs a little love and a lot of hugs.
Recently, the person who takes me out for my daily walks notes that I respond well on my leash and that I am very motivated by treats and toys. Seriously, what gal doesn't like a cookie once in a while?? I also want to say that sometimes there is another dog out in the yard with me and I am fine with that.
