Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jinx was put into an unfortunate circumstance because her owner did not take her with her when she moved from an apartment. Now her kind ex-roomate is trying to find her a no-cat home, but she does good with dogs. She is six years old and spayed.
More about Jinxy:
She's very vocal, classic torty. She chirps like a bird when she wants food or attention. (I'll take a video of this, too, because it's really cute.)
Her favorite toys are laser pointers and toys with feathers or bells, and she loves using cardboard cat scratchers- especially if it has catnip on it!
She does love dogs- she has an Alaskan Malamute friend named Magnus. They'll often rub their faces together, touch noses, or she'll brush up against his legs. She might run away from new dogs at first, but if the dog likes cats, it won't take her long before she'll trust them.
She is a total heat sucker and loves sitting on a toasty computer, by a warm fireplace or space heater, or in a sunny window or door. She does love to sit on laps, stretch out in bed, and steal your spot as soon as you get up and leave the room.
She won't follow you around all the time, but she will come and get attention from you when she wants it. She's a pretty independent girl but still values the bonds with her people.
Jinx is very cuddly and affectionate with people. She is a bit anxious right now because of the presence of another cat and has been overgrooming her tail a bit. This will resolve itself with a new owner and home and is not contagious or dangerous. it is actually not uncommon.
Jinx is ready to settle in to her new forever home and will make a wonderful companion for you. She come with all the incentives listed on this site. LiFeline Adoptions is helping her current owner get her updated on vaccinations and will microchip, de-worm/de-flea and combo test her as well.
