Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Smokey is a 1-year-old purebred Aussie who just happens to also have a tail to go along with his wiggle butt. “Mo-Mo” or ” ‘Mokey”, as he’s affectionately known around his foster home, is a 55-pound bundle of love. He has a great coat and gorgeous party-colored eyes (each eye is both brown and blue). He was surrendered to a local humane society from a backyard breeder/hoarder situation, and then came to ASRM because he had too much energy to be stuck in a kennel all day.
Smokey gets along with all dogs, big and small. He loves meeting new people, but is probably too boisterous for little kids. He doesn’t always realize his size. Smokey also is a little mouthy when he wants to show his affection, but has been learning to redirect that energy to something positive. He is housebroken and crate trained (though would rather be with you or playing). He is also super quick on commands.
Smokey needs an active family who can work on stimulating him both mentally and physically. He loves to run and play, and will chase just about anything. We were told he can jump chain link fences, and may be inclined if he is the only dog in the yard, but has yet to attempt his foster home’s 4-ft fence. He has great house manners as long as he has toys or other dogs to play with.
Smokey’s best feature is that he never stops smiling. You can tell this boy loves being in a happy home, and he makes his foster smile every day. He is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered and microchipped. Smokey is being fostered in the St Louis, Missouri and is ready to go to his forever home now!
