My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sidney came to us as a stray and is about 7 months old. She is a sweet girl that doesn't have a lot of confidence. She can be scared in strange environments. She loves to stay close to you and get attention. She is unsure around other dogs, so she needs to meet any dogs you might have to make sure they get along. She will be best with calm dogs. She is a sweet girl looking for a calm home that can help her gain confidence.


All dogs that haven't been previously fixed will be spayed or neutered before going home. Dogs receive rabies, initial DHLPP & bordetella vaccinations, are tested for heartworm, and wormed. They have been temperament tested and also microchipped. Adoption fee is $100, plus adopters must purchase a Lucas County dog license for $25. We add new adoptable dogs on a regular basis, so stop by during regular hours and see who's there. Also be sure to like our facebook page! Lucas County Canine Care & Control.
