Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mixie was rescued from an overfull county shelter- she was marked rescue only because someone (not a Vet) had cruelly docked her tail themselves. The tail was infected and she had bone sticking out! Mixie was a staff favorite as despite the pain, she wiggled her butt and happily greeted everyone. That is all behind her now (no pun intended)- her tail was surgically repaired and has healed nicely. Mixie is a happy, active pup. She gets along well with other dogs and happily sleeps with her foster buddy Holly.
Mixie is smart, and is eager to please so will be easily trained. She is already crate trained and is learning other things. She is vaccinated, on preventatives, micro chipped and now spayed. Mixie is ready for her fur-ever home. Please email vivgraves@hotmail.com, for more information and an adoption application. Adoption fee of $225 applies to help defray veterinary & care expenses, to approved home.
