Hi,
So glad to be off the street and into a safe and warm rescue! It was scary living in NYC, when my owner became homeless. She kept me for 6 months, trying to find a permanent place for us. When she realized she was not caring well for me, she took me to a large and noisy shelter in NYC. I am so glad to be here in Rhode Island, waiting for a home in a licensed rescue called Little Paws 4 U. I am eight years old and weigh around 7-8 pounds. Here is what I like to do: I sit in your lap and watch M.A.S.H. on T.V. I like to ride in the car and the truck, as long as I have a lap to fall asleep on. I will go for walks on a leash or halter. I whine when I want to be picked up, or if I am feeling lonely. I would love a family which is around in the day, to attend to my love of companionship. I have a strong dislike of being left alone and would like a home with companionship from humans and another small, non-aggressive dog. My fee of 395. covers all vetting, neutering, transport from NYC, an exam by a RI vet and I have my own collar and leash as well.
