Let me introduce you to one very special dog. This is Frank, or Frank the Tank as he is known around here at the ranch. Let me start off by telling you this English Lab is the product of backyard breeding. As a result, Frank has ocular-skeletal dysplasia. He is blind and all of his joints are affected with dysplasia. Frank is a happy, very active 2 year old. We recommend an experienced adopter, not due to his blindness but he is very strong and very confident and needs an experienced handler. Frank gets around just fine and does not let his disability slow him down one bit. He has the 'it' factor and everyone he meets just loves him. He is currently going to hydro-therapy to keep the muscles around his joints strong and we would encourage his new family to continue this. His ideal home will have a fenced yard, he loves to be inside and out and requires daily belly rubs! He loves to pack his toys around and engage the other dogs into a game of tug-o-war. He comes fully vetted and housetrained. If Frank is a family member for you, please visit our website at www.doublejdogranch.org and fill out an application located on the top of the adoption page. This big boy has many years of love to give you in return....
