My story

What can we say about Lexie, other than "Wow has she made a dramatic transformation in foster care." This fearful little dog was very frightened by her experience as a stray and her stay in a shelter. Today Lexie is a very affectionate little dog with her foster family. She follows her foster mom and dad from room to room and loves to cuddly next to them or to jump on their lap give her affection.

Lexie is house trained and enjoys going for walks and riding in a car. She was recently spayed, has a microchip, and her shots are current. Now all she needs is a caring family.

Lexie would do best in a calm household with an experienced "dog person" to help her deal with new experiences. She will in turn provide her adoptive family with her love and devotion.
