My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hopper is a litte over one year old and cute as a button! He was found as a stray and still has his skittish moments, but he's getting much better! He seems a little afraid at first of new people, but warms up quickly. And once he's comfortable with you, all he will want to do is burrow into you.

He has not been around children. Due to his fear, I would say he would be more comfortable with older children or children who would leave him alone and just let him be! He does love to play with other small dogs but is fearful of large dogs. There are some small dogs he does not like, so he would need to be tested. He can be a little toy aggressive. So just like with children, if the other dogs leave him alone, he will be much happier!

He definitely cannot go to a home with cats.

Hopper's adoption fee is $150 and he is neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. This adoption does require a pre-adoption questionnaire and home check. If you would like to meet Hopper please email cyndyb@rocketmail.com
