Wincon is a cockatiel with an attitude. He is not hand tame and would prefer just to sit in his cage and look handsome. He does love to have people talk and whistle to him. He will whistle back and try to learn the whistle he just heard. He is looking for a loving home that will love him just as he is. For more information on this whistling bird please give us a call.
