Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I may be a little girl but I am a really big deal, I mean, Eric Clapton wrote a song about me! Let me tell you my story. I ended up in the Montgomery County Humane Society the week before Thanksgiving. I don’t quite understand it all though…I mean, I am a petite 9 LB, 4 year old, spayed female JRT. I am up to date on my shots and will be spayed soon. I am pad trained but have shown that I can hold my bladder for a little bit. I’m a sweet girl, but don’t let my size fool you, I’m feisty. I met my foster brothers and sister and quickly let them know I didn’t really like them. So, I have to stay in my room by myself now. I don’t like being alone or being crated so this makes me sad. I am working with my foster mommy on this though. I do really well in doggy daycare and have only had one disagreement with my foster sister there. I also did very well while we were all boarded overnight for 5 days. Right now I live in my foster house with my 3 JRT foster brothers & sister and 2 feline foster siblings. I’m not too sure about the feline siblings and tend to get a bit too excited, so my foster mommy reminds me to leave them. We don’t have a yard, but, I walk nicely on the leash. I am working on being polite to others when we meet on our walks. I know some basic commands like sit, down, stay and heal. I am working on these commands as well as self-control. I just get so excited to see everyone that I forget myself and don’t really listen. I wrote to Santa and told him all I really wanted for Christmas was my forever home and a family to love me. I would do best in a home with only one male canine sibling and no cats.
