My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dameta was found as a very young stray and brought to a shelter in 2003!! There she lived for 10 years! Constantly over looked for the more playful kittens and more outgoing adults. She had a persistent chronic eye infection for nearly her entire life. She came to The Hope Alliance in November and within 6 weeks, given a course of treatment from our wonderful vet, she was healed! She has gained weight and is now ready for a new forever home. She does have a grade 2 heart murmur but it does not require medication. She is 10 years of age but looks and acts much younger. She loves to sleep on the bed and while she is a bit shy at first she will warm up to you quickly.
