Harper is a super sweet Chihuahua mix who has just blossomed in foster care! Harper and her sister Harlowe were surrendered to a local high kill shelter but we knew somebody out there had to want her! Her foster mom reports that she is doing great on housebreaking, loves to play, gets along well with the other dogs, and is a great couch companion!
