Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oscar is a darling and very handsome 5 year old, 15 pound Colorado dachshund sweetheart. He has been very entertaining in his foster home and is full of the joy of life. Oscar is housetrained and is reliable as long as his human makes sure he does what he needs to do when he goes outside. Oscar enjoys his leashed walks, however, some extra attention to leash training will make for happier walks for all concerned. He is not leash aggressive, but he does tend to pull if he sees something of interest. Oscar loves car ride adventures and is always ready to go. He has been great with all adults and children, however adult supervision is strongly suggested with children and dogs. Oscar is willing to let you share your bed with him, but, he will be okay in his own bed just not quite as happy as he would be sleeping with you. Oscar will bark at people passing by his yard mostly if they are on a bike or running with a babystroller, all pretty typical with these guys. If you would like to meet Oscar an adoption application is required, this can be done online at www.c2cdr.org. Oscar's adoption fee is $225.00, he is fully vetted. The joy he will bring into your life is priceless.
