Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Georgia!
Georgia is a very gentle soul. She is a wonderful pup who had a very rough start in life and is well deserving of a loving forever home. Georgia was abandoned in the town of El Hato, Guatemala. When she was brought in, she was a scruffy, starving and obviously sick little thing. Thankfully, a little bit of antibiotics, food, water, shelter, warmth and love was all she needed.
At about 9 months, Georgia looks and acts like a new dog and has blossomed into a gorgeous girl! She loves to snuggle and prefers to be next to her human. She gets along great will all the dogs she has met, and likes the cat in her foster home (whoo-hoo!). Georgia is calm and well behaved girl in the house-very easy to live with. Outside, she has wonderful, playful energy and is a goofy girl!
She has started clicker training-so far she knows her name, has a solid sit (verbal), knows down and hand targets. She comes when called off leash and walks beautifully on leash. She works happily for food and has a soft and biddible nature. We wimply adore this girl!
Georgia has been spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed, checked by a vet and is a healthy healthy girl!
Georgia is still currently in a foster home in Guatemala, but we are hoping for her to fly up if there is a family seriously interested in her.
Due to the expensive nature of animal rescue work, our organization asks for a tax-deductible adoption fee to help cover some of the medical costs.
