Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nutmeg is an adorable pom/chi puppy, who per the vet stated he is still to small to be neutered. Must go on a waiver and be neutered, by 6 months. Documentation will apply. He is a little cuddle bug who loves children, dogs and cats. Partially house broken he is a little doll who is ready for his forever home and someone to cuddle with when he gets the opportunity.
