Chelsey came into the care of CCBTR after being rescued from a deplorable puppy mill situation. Although she comes from such unpleasant living conditions, her personality does not seem to have been affected. She is settled and well behaved and seems to love everyone.
Chelsey is also heartworm + and will need to undergo treatment for this. She will not be ready for adoption until February or March. In the meantime, as we learn more about this beautiful little girl we will share the information with you.
