Meet Jewels! She is about 1 year old and the cutest pup on the planet! Jewels was dumped at a kill shelter in such bad shape her harness had grown into her armpit. All her neglect is a thing of the past, as she is the happiest pup ever and just totally wide open and care free. She is great with other dogs and loves attention. She is a beauty inside and out, and is doing great learning the ropes in her foster home. She is very puppylike in behavior - mischievous - and she will turn a dog bed into a blizzard if you give her the chance. But with a little training and structure, she will be the perfect pal for all your adventures!
This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $400 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 3:30. An additional $75 fee will be added for puppies picked up from our Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. MA residents are no longer allowed to adopt from our adoption center or our adoption events due to MA regs. All MA adoptions must be finalized prior to the puppy leaving our care in TN.
