My story

My name is Hatsu and I am a 5 year old Japanese Chin/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix. I am a very nice boy who is pretty shy. I came into rescue with 4 other dogs after being seized from a hoarding situation. I am doing very well in foster care and have a very sweet however timid disposition. I am doing excellent on housetraining by using a doggie door. We are going to start leash training, since it is suspected that I probably have never been on a leash. I am looking for a very calm and quiet adult home with an owner who understands that I have been through a lot of changes and it takes me a little while to warm up and feel safe. My foster family is working hard on my confidence since I am very submissive.
