Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hope was born in the dirt under a car. Her momma was chained to the car and had no other place to give birth. She gave birth alone and did her best to care for her babies. When they were 5 days old, 5 of the litter died. Both Hope and her brother, Chance, were clinging to life when they were rushed to the vet. At that point they were relinquished to our rescue. Both puppies were bottle fed around the clock by a combination of three caregivers. The constant handling by several caregivers helped socialize them. When they were 4 ½ months old they were adopted together. Four month later Chance was tragically killed when he was hit by a car. Hope was in her adoptive home nearly a year. She started digging under the fence and escaping the yard. Her owner did not want to take the chance of Hope getting killed too and has chosen to relinquish her back to our rescue. This outgoing and playful girl deserves a FOREVER home. Will it be yours?
She will add love to anyone’s life!
