Harley is a 7 year old Black Lab who has lived a terribly lonely life. He was in a rural area, living in a fence in the woods with a shack for a house while his owners lived down the road. He was put on this property all alone and totally isolated. They fed him but that's it. Harley needs to see how great life can be with people who will let him be a real family member! Neuter, shots, microchip provided.
