Are Bloodhounds good apartment dogs?

Bloodhounds can adapt to apartments, but they’re not ideal for them as large dogs who require a fair amount of space to move around and exercise. Plus, their deep bark can be quite loud in close quarters, which might not be appreciated by neighbors.
