EKC Rescue

Dog rescue in Baton Rouge, LA

After being taken in, the dog is first taken for a yearly. The dog is vaccinated, screened for intestinal worms, heartworms, and parasites, and scheduled for spay/neuter. At times, the dog will require extra care, including treatment for mange, skin lesions or papules, cuts, or broken bones. After they have a clear bill of health, we begin their training until we think they are ready to fly the coop!
